Our pastured pigs live in our woods and weedy areas of our property, eating greens and roots and clearing the land for us as they go. They receive local organic feed as well as kitchen food scraps, eggs, and extra milk from our cows. The quality of their dark meat is like no other pork we've ever tried before!
We run one batch of feeder pigs each year from spring until fall, so once they're sold that's it until next year.
Price: $4/lb + processing paid to the butcher
